Business Analytics Consultant

Passionate about numbers and data?  Love being a part of an end-to-end solution?  MacGregor Partners is looking for a driven Business Analystics Consultant that will own the implementations of analytics with client solutions and internally as well.  This is a brand-new position for MacGregor Partners so be prepared to build overall analytics processes from the ground up and contribute directly to the success of the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with client end-users to define the analytics solution requirements while working with the internal team to concept, design and deliver solutions
  • Deliver high quality software consulting services
  • Be a liaison between various internal and external teams with a multitude of skillsets (business, technical and functional resources)
  • Ensure the client is satisfied with the end solution and build client relationships
  • Create documentation with every implementation and build the processes of the analytics division

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related role
  • Proven successful track record in Client Management, Project Management, and/or Services Delivery
  • Exceptional analytics skills
  • Ability to deliver analytic solutions by creating dashboards and reports
  • Firm understanding of analytic tools such as Tableau, Domo, Qlikview, or another analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals and small groups
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great attitude and commitment to get the job done
  • Highly organized; ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel to customer facilities
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent field

Bonus points for:

  • Experience within the supply chain and logistics industry
  • WMS exposure
