Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for an energetic and people-oriented person with excellent communication skills to join our company.  You will work alongside high-performing teams finding the best talent across the country. What you’ll do:

  • Find great talent through various avenues such as direct sourcing, our applicant tracking system, networking and job fairs
  • Lead the interview process and guide candidates through the recruiting cycle while leaving feedback within each step
  • Build strong relationships with team leads and hiring managers internally to gain a solid understanding of the business and business needs
  • Develop a pipeline of promising candidates and maintain contact with them
  • Bring any recommendations on best practices for recruitment and lead those charges

  • Professional experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Human Resources undergraduate degree (or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • High level understanding of technology/software languages
