Jason R. Ziegler

President/CEO

Jason has fifteen years of supply chain technology experience spanning sales, software development, automation, solution architecture, management consulting, and emerging technology implementation. He brings a unique and valuable business perspective to any engagement, having sold, implemented, and consulted on many of the most transformational supply chain, distribution, and technology projects at Fortune 1000 companies.

In 2012, Jason founded and has since grown MacGregor Partners, a supply chain software and consulting firm, into a multi-year Inc. 5000 recognized organization that sells SaaS software and supply chain consulting services to the largest manufacturers, 3PLs, and retailers across the world. Software and services that enhance visibility, service levels, throughput, customer experience, and profitability.

Today, Jason oversees MacGregor’s account management, product development, sales, and marketing teams along with the go to market strategy for software and services. Additionally, he assists MacGregor’s client organizations through digital transformation, sales strategy and differentiation, and helps them define their path to leverage technology that creates seamless and experiential customer interaction.

Prior to MacGregor, Jason held multiple IT and system implementation positions at one of the largest contract logistics providers in North America, DHL/Exel, and in technology integration, solution design, implementation, and sales focused roles at the supply chain software firm, JDA.

An avid runner, alpine skier, and aspiring golfer, Jason holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Wittenberg University.

Nicolas Cellé

EVP, Operations

Nicolas is responsible for all of MacGregor’s software development/IP and has more than 15 years of supply chain and software development experience. Nicolas began his career at Rockwell Automation developing and implementing their Manufacturing Execution Systems for many large pharmaceutical companies, then integrating these systems with many best-of-breed ERP and middleware solutions. He then transitioned into a role as a professional services leader at RedPrairie, before landing at PSS (now McKesson Medical Surgical), a leading medical product distributor. At PSS he was responsible for their IT vision along with the deployment and on-going success of RedPrairie solutions across a dozen distribution centers. This position taught Nicolas to leverage his development and system knowledge toward continually improving their WMS, LMS and incentive solutions, providing immense financial value to the operation through a consistent, repeatable, and scalable solution throughout their supply chain.

Beyond Nicolas’s numerous technical skills from his time as a developer, he brings real-world operational expertise from his time within industry that sets him apart from his peers. This rare combination of operational and development expertise equips Nicolas with a unique and powerful perspective in solving tough technical problems or designing software solutions. When working with someone like Nicolas, you quickly realize that while many technical solutions are feasible, Nicolas ensures MacGregor’s clients choose the ideal and most simple option to meet their ROI/goals.

Kristin Buck

Senior Director, WMS Delivery Services

Kristin has responsibility for all of MacGregor’s consulting activities. She has more than ten years of WMS and supply chain experience on the JDA product suite, split between Exel/DHL and consulting.

Kristin unites an attention to detail, self-starter leadership, and impeccable track record of implementation success across numerous industries and verticals. Her expertise helps guide the growth of MacGregor’s consulting practice while maintaining our rich partnership with existing clients.

Kristin is a rare talent who can lead the strategy of MacGregor’s consulting to engage multiple industries while understanding and designing software to drive preferred systemic behavior. This, combined with her MBA and educational credentials, equips her to master the challenges of today’s supply chain and position MacGregor to better serve our client base across any vertical.

Roman Reynebeau

VP of Product Development

As head of engineering, Roman is responsible for leading our talented software development team and turning ideas into real software that can solve the most complex supply chain challenges. Roman is a seasoned supply chain software veteran with more than a decade of experience having served in a wide variety of roles spanning software development, software consulting, software implementation, and software support.

Arjan Van Stiphout

Managing Director, APAC

Hailing from Singapore, Arjan is responsible for building and managing MacGregor’s Asia Pacific business.  Arjan is a versatile and results-oriented leader bringing more than 15 years of experience in selling and delivering Supply Chain Execution and Planning solutions to the table.

Prior to joining MacGregor Partners, Arjan worked for JDA Software Asia where he ran the Southeast Asia Consulting Services team as well as the 3PL Practice for the Asia Pacific region. In that capacity, he had the pleasure of working with the world’s largest and leading 3PL Companies like DHL, CJ Logistics, Toll, CEVA, DSV / Panalpina, Hellmann and Rhenus. He enjoys building and retaining high-performance professional services teams, capable of delivering top-notch services and end-to-end solution implementations.

An aspiring runner and passionate home automation enthusiast, Arjan holds a degree in Applied Physics from Fontys Eindhoven.

Mark Aument

EVP of HighJump Solutions

Mark joined MacGregor with more than 25 years in Supply Chain Operations and Technology experience that includes leadership roles at IKEA, HighJump Software, Manhattan Associates, and Neopost Shipping, where he successfully delivered solutions to over 500 global clients in the WMS, TMS, OMS, DOM, and Automation Verticals.

Mark is responsible for the HighJump business unit having spent seven years as the Head of Operations responsible for all Implementations and Support for Highjump’s worldwide customer base in multiple industries.

He is an avid sport fisherman, and Ice Hockey player and spent six years in the United States Navy.

As the leader of the MacGregor Partners Account Management Team, Jordan partners with businesses to identify improvements, develop roadmaps, and ensure objectives are fully realized.

Working with JDA’s WMS for over 12 years across five continents, Jordan has a practical understanding of supply chain’s diverse requirements. Jordan has experience in technical, functional, and leadership roles, and uses these fluencies to bridge conversations and align and focus objectives. For all of the differences between firms and locales, Jordan remains a firm believer in the power of standardization and templatization to drive ROI – and he’d love to tell you how.
